Exchange Policy
At LOAD Store, we do not accept returns. However, we do offer exchanges within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Exchange Guidelines:
- Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
- Items must be in original condition – unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.
- Shoes must be returned in their original shoebox, inside an outer shipping bag or box to prevent damage.
Non-Exchangeable Items:
- Final sale or clearance items.
- Socks, undergarments, or other hygiene-related items.
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
How to Request an Exchange:
- Contact our customer service team at [your email or contact form link] within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Include your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the reason.
- Once your exchange is approved, we’ll provide instructions for the next steps.
Please Note:
- Customers are responsible for any shipping fees related to the exchange unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
