Exchange Policy



At LOAD Store, we do not accept returns. However, we do offer exchanges within 48 hours of receiving your order.



Exchange Guidelines:



  • Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Items must be in original condition – unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Shoes must be returned in their original shoebox, inside an outer shipping bag or box to prevent damage.




Non-Exchangeable Items:



  • Final sale or clearance items.
  • Socks, undergarments, or other hygiene-related items.
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration.




How to Request an Exchange:



  1. Contact our customer service team at [your email or contact form link] within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the reason.
  3. Once your exchange is approved, we’ll provide instructions for the next steps.



Please Note:


  • Customers are responsible for any shipping fees related to the exchange unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • All exchanges are subject to product availability.

     

  • If the item requested for exchange is not available, a store credit or refund will be issued.
